Stephen Carpenter was appointed to the Board in September 2009 as a Series B Director. He is the Senior Venture Associate at the Life Sciences Greenhouse of Central Pennsylvania. Mr. Carpenter has over 20 years of leadership experience at DuPont, Borg Electronics, and FCI USA in a variety of engineering and management positions with a specific focus on new product launches and operation start-ups. Mr. Carpenter earned a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Lehigh University and an MBA from Penn State University where his academic concentration was on venture capital, entrepreneurship, and finance.
